Windows 10: My Windows 11 Laptop is stuck when logging in

When I try to log in to Windows 11 all it does is just say "Welcome" and show the spinning dots forever. No matter how many times I force restart it it always gets stuck on it with the only sign of it progressing is when the blurred background behind the userpic username and "Welcome" text turning black for five minutes. Most of my stuff is on that laptop so I need help getting access back to Windows. PC Specs if you need them: Intel Core I7 12 core 13th gen NVDIA RTX 4060 i think 32gb of DDR5 Crucial Ram and it is an MSI Raider GE68 HX 13V. It's also become slow recently after I accidentall

Windows 10 freezing at log in

A failed update or one-time startup process can sometimes cause stopping, freezing, or reboot-loop issues during the login process. To isolate the issue, we suggest that you answer the following questions:

• Do you have a USB device attached? If yes, can you remove the device and log in again.
  
• Have you tried turning off the WiFi feature in your laptop before logging in?
  
• How about running a Startup Repair in your Windows 10 laptop? (Boot to Advanced Startup Options>Click on Troubleshoot> Click on Advanced options> Click on Startup Repair)
• Aside from the above steps, what other troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
