Windows 10: My Windows 11 Laptop keeps Hanging frequently.

Hey, so I had bought this Windows 11 Laptop in the late 2021, which came with a 1TB HDD. A few months passed and I experienced black screen, hang or very slow loading.I took my Laptop to the manufacturing company's service storeHP.The guy told me to reinstall Windows but not 11 instead 10 he argued that 10 would work better even though I told him I got this Laptop with 11 installed in it. He did so and installed 10 and soon after when I visited him again he had put Windows 11 back again.Then the guy told me to upgrade to a SSD which I did so which resulted in again reinstalling Windows 11. E

hangging issue in windows 11 os, but never hangs for apple os.

Dear Sumit, you are not understanding my question is if we buy apple mobile 70000 thousand rupees, it will never hangs , while using and opening applications. but why the 82000 thousand laptop with i5 processor, 8 gb ram and 512 gb ssd got hanging frequently. what is the difference, because of this hanging issue i have do lot steps, like windows update and third party application and so & so... Please help if you have any other suggestion if possible.

 

browser hangs frequently

i dunno what happened with my pc, later i just find my browser hangs frequently no matter what browser that i run. FF, Opera or portable browsers act the same
every i open new tab or when i run for the first time it hangs about 20 - 40 seconds
ive uninstalled and reinstall the browser but it still there
any solution for this?
