Windows 10: My windows 11 laptop rearranges the icon by itself when opening the laptop and the other...

I have a windows 11 laptop and I had recently noticed that my app icons reaaranged themselves in the desktop when i open my laptop and also recently the outputs in my microsoft edge web searches came out in Chinese instead of my default language which was english. Is there a virus issue on my laptop. What do I do to rectify this issue? and i do not have auto arrange icons turned on FYI

Hello Manson, thank you for your assistance.

This problem started about two months ago, I believe it was after a Windows update.

1 - I am not using (and have never used) Docking, and have only one monitor.

2 - Screen resolution is set to Windows Recommended.

3 - Graphics card drivers are up to date.

The thread linked to steps given by A.User is about icons rearranging, which is not happening here. Open windows on my desktop are rearranging after leaving sleep, system icons are staying the same.

Laptop with broken screen How much?

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd

 

Windows 10 Laptop Desktop Icons Keep Rearranging to the left side

Please help I have a windows 10 laptop and for some reason my desktop icons keeps rearranging to the left side of the screen after I rearranged them on my own and restart or shut down my laptop then open it all the desktop icons are back to the left side of the screen. I have tried many ways like making sure that auto arrange or align icons to grid are unchecked, making sure that the settings under themes (Allow themes to change desktop icons) is unchecked, Scan for any virus but according to my antivirus no virus are found, I don't use ESET Antivirus so for those people having this kind of problems when having ESET Antivirus installed does not affect me because I have Avast and even tried sfc/scannow on command prompt but my laptop didn't find any integrity violations or errors. Please help. *Sad
