    My windows 11 says it isnt able to be activated


    I had bought a new pc and had it built and customized to my liking, they downloaded windows 11 for me, but now im having an issue accessing anything to customize my pc such as my audio and sound settings because they say it isn't active I already bought windows 11 through geek squad the people who helped me with my build and I refuse to buy again I need help.

    Windows 11 says compatible, but in instalation says it isnt?

    The very first step, before running the buggy PC Health Check app, is to see if your CPU is on the approved list for Windows 11. Is it?

    My PC suddenly says its not activated

    For verification, now you are saying it isn't activated and Microsoft won't help you?

    So now I have a clean install and windows is activated, what are my steps to find out why my original windows install wasn’t activated......

    I await instructions........

    and apart from checking activation, I do everything else as per your suggestions......will in future check validated once a month.......
