    My Windows 11 system keeps getting BSODs when it comes out of sleep.


    I have always put my system to sleep and just last night it started throwing BSODs when it would come out of sleep. Following directions online I went into Event Viewer and looked at my BSOD logs and it seems there is one event that has happened right before the last two times I had a BSOD. The error I found was: The GameSDK Service service failed to start due to the following error: The system cannot find the file specified.Again following directions on the internet I then went into Services Local and found the GameSDK Service. In the General tab it shows the service has "Stopped", so I tri

    BSOD when coming out of sleep, multiple error codes

    Thanks for the assistance, I've run all the necessary steps. It looks like there might be an issue found when running that first command. I have also installed all the driver updates recommended by the dell support check.

    You can find the logs of the command prompt window in the cmd.log file

    Hi,

    I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and check if it helps.

    • Click on Start>Settings>System.
    • In the left navigation pane, click on Power & sleep.
    • In the right pane, select the time limit for the system to go to sleep from the drop down list.

    My Windows 11 system keeps getting BSODs when it comes out of sleep.

    Issues coming out of sleep mode

    My laptop (Thinkpad T14 AMD Gen 1) has had issues in sleep mode ever since the Windows 11 Update. Issues include:



    • Not coming out of sleep mode and I have to hold the power button to reboot
    • Locking up on the face recognition screen for 60+ seconds, then getting the blue screen of death before finally rebooting OK
    • Coming out of sleep mode having all my programs shut down
    • Not recognizing my USB mouse / keyboard coming out of sleep mode.

    Any ideas? Rebooting every time and loading up all my work twice a day is very frustrating.
