    Today in the morning I boot up my laptop, that is a HP pavilion gaming, to play Fortnite as always and when I wanted to log in to my user it was not there, the name was replaced with New user and the profile picture disappeared, I don't have the option to create a new profile and when I try to put all my passwords it saysMy windows 11 user disappeared and was replaced by "New user" without a picture and all my... :password incorrect, reset passwordAnd when I click on reset password it says you need an external USB to recover the password, but I don't have idea of why this does happen because I've never had any recovery usb
