Windows 10: My Windows 11 won't let me reboot or reset. How can I fix it?

I've been dealing with this issue for the past 5 days. I try to boot up my pc and it goes automatically to the auto repair system. I try to continue to the main Windows 11 menu, but it keeps me at the HP Omen loading screen. I will unplug and turn it back on and that will send me back to the repair mode. I tried to reset the computer, but it says that I have to be online to do so. I've tried to use command prompt to see if there were any errors, it says that "windows resource protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired them." Then I typed in Exit and clicked enter and it would sen

Hardware and software conflict is one of the possible reasons why you're experiencing black screen. Sometimes, it is also because of hardware failure. To get this issue fixed, we suggest that you
boot into Safe Mode by following these steps:

• Turn off your computer 3 times while booting. Windows should automatically boot to the Recovery Environment after 3 unsuccessful attempts in a row.
  
• Once you are within the Recovery Environment, select Troubleshoot, and then
  Advanced options, then Startup Settings, and
  Restart. When it restarts, you should see a number of options. Press 5 or F5 for
  Safe Mode with Networking.

Once your computer is in Safe Mode, please follow the workaround provided on this
link. Simply select the similar case that you're experiencing to show the troubleshooting steps.
