    Windows 10 fails to update


    When you finish testing the Avast suggestion, make sure that you restart your machine.

    Then if the issue persists, please return to the trouble shooting list in post# 89

    I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.

    Window 7 OS

    After doing a clean install of windows 7 on Dell 780 Optiflex XP.I am able to searched web sites and download files but no other features seems to work,the lists below are some of the issues

    Window defender fail to load,

    Window updates fail to load

    Window restore fail to load

    Window trouble shoot fail to load.

    Any suggestion would be appreciated.

    Installing Windows Vista/7 Via flash drive (Mussels Method)

    Thread updated with a newer method that allows multiple windows OS's on the one USB. nice little windows GUI, but a few more steps than the old method.


    This method supports XP.
