Windows 10: My Windows Audio is a Mess

I am having huge probelms with Windows 10 1909 Audio:
Microsoft Windows 10 Pro vers 10.0.18363 N/A Build 18363
This all worked great until about two weeks ago. I had not installed anything for a month or more prior.
Speakers will stop making proper sounds and microphones will stop sending audio.
I had to give up on my Airpods Pro and Bluetooth through a USB adapter to my desktop.
They just don't work or are extremely unreliable due to jsut stopping working.
The troubleshooter does not fix anything. Last night I got a report from the troubleshooter for my microphone:
"Both the Windows Audio and the Windows Audio End Point Builder services must be running for audio to work correctly. At least one of these services isn't running." And they where running when I looked in Services.

Is this a known problem?
Is there a way to rebuild/restore the audio system files?
Would a system reset or reinstall be the best choice?

2. Which update did you install prior to this issue?
   
3. Are you seeing the Sound icon in the Taskbar?
   
4. Are you seeing the Audio Drivers in the Device Manager?
   

Method 1: Fix sound problems after Windows Updates.

I would suggest you to go through
Fix sound problems after Windows Updates and follow the troubleshooting mentioned in the article.



Method 2: Restarting Windows Audio Service.

Step 1: Press the ‘Windows’ key and the ‘R’ key at the same time and type ‘Devmgmt.msc’
and hit Enter.

Step 2: Search for ‘Windows Audio Service’ >
Right Click on the service and click on Restart and check for the issue.

Can not record audio.
