My Windows computer is only showing the loading circle when I go to the taskbar. when I go on any app/website it says no connection even though there is. What do I do? And there is a symbol that replaced the wi-fi next to date and time. Whats that about?

Help! Data partition not showing under my computer

This is happening on a windows 2000 server. Our second partition of the system, for data is not showing under my computer. Here are the properties of it in disk management:





Now under logical drives its listed as F and shows free space available.

Suggestions on how to fix this?

Method 1: I suggest you to run the
Windows Store Apps troubleshooter.

Method 2: Clear the Store cache:

You may try these steps to clear the Store cache and check if it helps:

• 
  Press the Windows + R keys on the keyboard.

  Type wsreset.exe and press
  Enter.

  Reboot the computer and then check the issues with the App.
  

Method 3: I suggest you to check with the system Date, time and Time zone
is set correct.

Follow the steps to set the date and time:

• Type Date and Time in the search bar.
• Click Change date and time button.
• Click Apply and Ok to save the date and time.

Note: Click on the Time Zone tab to check the Time Zone.
