    My pc freeze after startup and after 1 minutes bsod shows and pc restart and pc freezes in bios icon and my pc doesn't show starting windows . I open crash analyzer in windows cd i receive this error > the driver probably at fault is ntoskml.wrong.symbols.exeMy have windows7

    Adding programs to startup with Windows 7?

    You could add entries to the registry to launch the apps on startup, but it's easier to just add them to the startup foler as Newt suggested.

    Windows 8 isn't officially out yet and Windows 7 is already purchased.

    I think you're right though...this might be beyond my ability to fix. I'll suggest to the owner that he should consider an SSD for caching/page file if hard drive performance isn't acceptable.
