Windows 10: my windows defender cant fix the trojan that i have from powershell,...

I upgrade my windows 10 to 11 recently and after that i got a notification from windows security that an action is needed. When i scan my device, i got a trojan virusTrojanowerShell/Boxter.HNBD!MTBAlert level: SevereStatus : ActiveCategory : TrojanDetails : This program is dangerous and executes commands from an attacker.Affected items:amsi: \Device\HarddiskVolume3\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell.exeamsi: \Device\HarddiskVolume3\Windows\SysWOW64\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell.exeI tried to remove it, but the windows defender cant and its bothering me for sometimes now

Trojans

Windows Defender is not getting rid of the Trojans. Does anyone have suggestions?

PowerShell randomly poping-up in tool bar

Just to verify, do you have any scheduled tasks that uses Powershell? Scheduled tasks makes Powershell window appear periodically on your computer, therefore we suggest that you check the Task Scheduler. Here are the steps:

• Click on Start.
• In the search bar, type Task Scheduler and click on
  
  Task Scheduler in the results.
• Under Active Tasks, check for any tasks that use Powershell and the scheduled time.

If the issue still persist, we suggest that you run a Windows Defender scan to see if it will pick up any malware that the first scan missed.

Brocoiner!rfn trojan and windows defender

Good Evening,

I started getting messages yesterday that Windows Defender had found malware and was removing it. Windows Defender is green, check marked and has the latest update. I have run quick and full scans and Defender says it is happy. However, in the history section
I found Brocoiner!rfn listed many times as quarantined and deleted it. Every few minutes I get a new message and the trojan is back in the quarantine section. How do I permanently get rid of this malware and hopefully the ongoing notifications? Thank you.
