    My windows defender live protection options are not available. I am using windows 11 Home.


    The options are not visible, and when I find a way to open them I just get:your it administrator has limited windows defenderand it also failed the EICAR test, so it is not functional.

    Yeah, Windows defender is running all the time, while spybot isnt
