Windows 10: My windows doesnt let me delete or uninstal anything

If I uninstall something it gets uninstall but when i restart it it gets back it is the same with every thing files programs.Like I deleted and uninstalled nothing.I have tried each and everything but it doesnt work recovery, diagnose.Even when i try installing windows it doest get format.If I use internet or a program it gives me error stop code:: memory managment. I have tried its fix but they does not work.please help thank you

Deleting contacts from Windows 10


When you say Windows Mail Live are you referring to Mail app or Windows Live Mail?

I suggest you to try the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Open Windows Live Mail.
• Press Ctrl + 3 using your keyboard. Right-click on the contact to delete it if it is a single contact.
• Highlight all contacts by pressing Ctrl + A.
• Click Delete located on the Ribbon bar.
• Click OK when you see the message These contacts will also be deleted from Hotmail, Messenger, and other Windows Live services.

After following the steps above, all your contacts that you have manually added to your account will be deleted however, contacts coming from third-party sites such as Facebook will not be deleted unless you remove Facebook from your account.

For Mail app:

Open People app then delete the contact.

Windows 10 recovery doesnt wipe my hard-disk

Hi, to clean install Windows you need to create a bootable flash drive or other medium from which to boot your PC. That's covered at Step 1 of the tutorial shown below (Clean Install..)

At step 13/14 you have the option presented to you where you can delete existing partitions.

Note: some suggest- as you have a desktop- physically disconnecting other drives just to ensure Windows is installed exclusively on the one drive.

 

N Desk uninstal

Upon tryiing to uninstal N Desk so I could at least see the new split screen chat, my N8 tell me that N Desk can't be uninstalled. **bleep**? Any advice. I'm going through all the normal steps to uninstal a program. Pointers please
