Windows 10: My windows edition is stuck on enterprise.

I paid for a windows home key and installed it. Everything was fine. A few weeks later I am suddenly on windows enterprise and my product key wont work. I thought my key had been hijacked somehow so i got a new key and that one won't work either. So now I need a solution and would like a refund, for the second key, is this possible?

Upgrade to windows 10 Enterprise stuck in 100% Complete

Hello Team,

I’m upgrading my laptop to Windows 10 Enterprise. Below is the process that I followed:

• 
  My laptop had Windows 10 Pro.
  
• 
  Clicked Change product key or upgrade your edition on Windows.
  
• 
  Entered a valid Windows 10 Enterprise key.
  
• 
  Process started normally.
  
• 
  It’s stuck in Preparing for upgrade. 100% complete
  for around 14 hours.
  

Now, I really wonder what should I do now. What are your suggestions? How should I proceed from here? It’s already been more than 14 hours. Should I kill this process or wait? Will killing has any negative effects?

Windows 10 enterprise edition

Windows 10 enterprise edition has caused my PC to not boot after a complete shutdown. Nothing but the endless circles ever appear on the screen. Any suggested cure would be greatly appreciated.
