Windows 10: my windows has been giving blue screen error .

Stop code: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL What failed rtf64x64.sys i already tried searching for corrupted file but itshow nothing.

Windows giving blue screen error code 0xc0000001 and 0xc0000098

When I enter the list disk command, it only shows the USB stick. When I do c:\dir, I cannot find a Windows directory but if I enter x:\dir , it shows a Windows directory. Don't know if that helps. But list disk only shows the USB to answer your question. Thanks...
