Windows 10: My Windows has lots of errors

I tried to download the Minecraft Launcher but I got an error code 80072F8F.I also cannot log into anything. The error code is 0x0190001.Please help. I've tried reinstalling Windows and a few others Microsoft community has told me to do but they all didn't work. Microsoft Store also doesn't work.

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
