Windows 10: My Windows Hello stopped working

I installed a Nexigo HelloCam on my Windows 11 Pro PC. Everything worked for several months. Then all of a sudden it stopped working. It says in the Accounts > Sign-in options window under Facial Recognition Windows Hello "This option is currently unavailable". "Something went wrong. Try again later." I have contacted Nexigo and they had me try some things but nothing fixed the problem. So they had me send them the camera and they found the problem so they replace the camera with a new one. I still have the same problem with the new camera.

Windows Hello Fingerprint not working

This is still not working after doing all those steps, please help after the Windows update it stopped working and it says the following : we couldn't find a fingerprint scanner compatible with windows hello fingerprint.

After taking all the steps you suggested on here it says i have the latest update.

 

Windows Hello does not work

Windows Hello Issue was solved after updating driver. But Again this driver update failed. It now shows that yellow triangle and Hello stopped working. Any suggestion?
