Windows 10: my windows installation tool is not working???

Discus and support my windows installation tool is not working??? in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; I’ve made a windows installation tool and tested it on a working pc so I know it works, however when I plug it into my pc that is experiencing issues...     my windows installation tool is not working???


    I’ve made a windows installation tool and tested it on a working pc so I know it works, however when I plug it into my pc that is experiencing issues it just loads indefinitely. I’ve reset my bios, made sure fast and secure boot are disabled. I disabled another boot option except for the usb and I did the same thing with the uefi drive but both just lead to me being stuck on the loading screen. I just want to enter WinRE and if I can’t do that have a clean install of windows.
