Windows 10: My windows is stuck in an endless restart loop and I need urgent help.

Before restarting, it warns me that I have 1 minute to close everything, but I am unable to even open the start menu. I can't turn on safe mode in the boot menu because the option isn't there and idk what to do. I got 10 from Microsoft's official site.

• Have you checked if the hard disk is set as first boot device in the BIOS?
• Which version of Windows is installed on the computer?
• What did the HP supported suggested you to fix the issue?
