Windows 10: My windows key on keyboard and at the bottom of my screen isnt working how do i fix this?

I went and googled my problem and found several "solutions" but none appeared to fix my PC. i have restarted windows explorer to no solution i have ran the command prompt admin with the "DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth" I have restarted my PC, I have completely removed power i have tried the "SFC /scannow" which found and repaired corrupt files but did not solve my issue. I tried ending the windows explorer task and then restarting it as an administrator with task manager but nothing appears to fix the issue.If anyone has solutions i havent tried please help!

Keyboard Volume Keys not working while in-game

I happen to have used the Tt Challenger Pro keyboard in the past, and the volume keys worked flawlessly in every game, so it's indeed a weird problem. I would suggest the same thing sneekypeet suggested, using the keyboard software and assign this function to a hotkey, but you said that didn't work either, so yeah...
