My Windows Key, Volume key, Clock and Notifications on my Taskbar is Unclickable, but my pinned applications on my taskbar is working just fine. I tried the solutions such as going to the task manager and restarted "explorer.exe", DISM and even restarting and shutting down my pc, but in no luck these solutions doesn't work at all. I do not want to lose all of my data just by reformatting my computer over again because of this problem. Is there any other way to fix this? It just frustrates me every single time.

Keyboard Volume Keys not working while in-game

I happen to have used the Tt Challenger Pro keyboard in the past, and the volume keys worked flawlessly in every game, so it's indeed a weird problem. I would suggest the same thing sneekypeet suggested, using the keyboard software and assign this function to a hotkey, but you said that didn't work either, so yeah...

You can customize which icons to appear on the taskbar. Based on the information you have provided it possible that the volume was not set to appear on the taskbar. To customize the taskbar notification area, you can refer to the steps below:

• On the Start menu, type Settings, and then hit Enter.
  
• Under Notification area, click Select which icons appear on the taskbar.
  
• Click Volume button to toggle it on or off.

Turn System icons on

1. Click the Start or Search icon in the Taskbar.
   
2. Type cmd, right-click on Command Prompt, and then click Run as administrator.
   
3. Copy and paste the following: explorer shell:::{05d7b0f4-2121-4eff-bf6b-ed3f69b894d9}
   
4. Press Enter.
   
5. Select "Always show all icons and notifications on the taskbar"
   
6. Click OK.
   

This tutorial is right but you have to do another steps... just explore the windows that will appear in no. 4.
