    My windows laptop bluescreens frequently


    my windows laptop manufactured by acer frequently bluescreens with code INACCESSIBLE BOOT DEVICE, not caused at boot. this means my laptop is unstable and i think windows xp is much better and more stable.

    so any alternative of windows, if not then windows 7 or 8.1? a possible alternative of windows is linux such as ubuntu and linux mint

    Frequent bluescreen

    My laptop is experiencing frequent bluescreen for about a month, and it has several stop_code, like critical_process_died, kmode_exception_not_handled and other errors. And it can't collect error info, it always at 0 percent So i had to force shut down every
    time.

    Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

    Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
