Windows 10: My windows latop constantly freezes with a black screen following that

My windows computer has recently started to freeze and crash. It happens almost every 30 minutes or so, after the crash I have to restart the computer and even sometimes it signs me in a temporary user profile which is very annoying. This all starts, when my applications stop working freeze or when I am online surfing on the internet. The tabs suddenly close and tell me that I do not have enough RAM to run this tab even though I only have one tab open. After that, I try using the anti-virus to quick scan but it stops along with all other running applications on my computer hence my freezing, on top that once absolutely everything is frozen on my PC my whole screen blacks out, yet I still hear my computer running and I see my keyboards lighting. After that my I reset my computer using the only functional button on my computer which is the power button. Once the reset is done, my laptop for some reason signs me into a temporary profile and I have to sign in to my main profile, which is quite irritating. The whole process repeats all over again.



I actually had a Trojan virus before all of this process I had just described above, but I removed it with Kaspersky. I am pretty sure that there is a malware in my computer but my anti-virus cannot and simply does not have enough time to find it.




The computer I am using is the ASUS System Model GL502VMZ


Please help me, I really need a solution to this madness ASAP.

Sounds like the old... windows black screen of death.

Try this quoted from "VisiHow" article "Repair Windows 7 Black Screen of Death":

They, also, have some other options there, too.
Google search and you will find a lot of the "Windows Black Screen of Death with cursor" fixes.

Method 1: I suggest you to update the Display drivers and check if that helps. If that issue persist please uninstall and reinstall latest drivers available in manufacturer website.

• Press “Windows + X” and select Device manger.
• Select Display Adapter and expand the driver icon.
• Right click on the driver icon and click on Update.
• Follow the onscreen instructions to update the driver.
