My windows loads with a black screen with a blue circle, When I try to open it in safe mode, the same problem exists. most of the time this problem comes after restarting or I properly shut down the system on the next day as start it, then comes the problem, I use the windows restore option to resolve this problem. But after some days or the same day, this problem comes again. If I talk about system configuration, this problem comes even I work on a different system.The software what i am using is:Corel Draw 2020Adobe Photoshop 2023Adobe After Effect 2023Adobe Media Encoder 2023Adobe Illustrat

Not able to load windows in normal mode.

Hi Guys,

This is really a different problem that I am facing, I am not able to load windows in normal mode,

Been having this problem for a few hours now and have had no success in fixing it. The problem is that the computer will load to the black windows xp page, the bars on that page will load, and then it switches off that screen and prepares to load the desktop, but never does. The screen is frozen black. I can load the computer in safe mode and safe mode with networking, but that is it. I have not seen any error messages during startup/ blue screen.

Please advise.

Computer Startup - Black Screen with Blue Loading circle

2 days ago I was playing Arma 3 when suddenly the game crashed, shortly after the entire computer crashed and showed one of the many infamous “blue screens”. My computer has been regularly blue screening and I have yet to find the reason as to why. My
computer then went to restart and will only load into a black screen with a blue loading circle. I have tried turning it off and on and itll just keep loading into a black screen. Sometimes the windows will prompt and give me the Advanced Options and other
options. I even tried reseting the pc both ways(keeping personal files and deleting personal files) and it will begin the process then say something along the lines of “Your pc has failed reseting”. I am now sitting here looking at a black screen with little
idea as to what to do. Can anyone offer some guidance?
