My windows menu on a local account is registering infinite tab forward commands

This is on a local account only, my main account is uneffected by this. My keyboard isn't the issue, I have used two different keyboards and it is still registering infinite tab forward commands. I have uninstalled and reinstalled my keyboard twice on device manager. This is only an issue regarding the snipping tool and windows menu. It is potentially effecting more than just those two things, but I only regularly use the windows menu and snipping tool. File explorer is fine, Chrome is fine. The windows+r and windows+x menus are both fine.

    :)

register PC with microsoft; use local account to log in

Just simply log in with your Microsoft Account.
Switch to Microsoft Account in Windows 10

Just go back to using a local account:
Switch to Local Account in Windows 10

Hopefully the tutorials are step by step enough.

    Feature suggestion: Add right-click menu

Suggestion: Please add a Windows 7 Jump-List and/or right-click menu to the GPU-Z icon in the Windows taskbar. Possible menus in it would be "Exit" and "About GPU-Z...".
Maybe also "Switch to tab 1/Switch to tab 2/Switch to videocard 1/Switch to videocard 2" too.
Examples of programs that have such menus are ICQ, Skype, AIM.

NOTE: It seems for a right-click menu, Windows 7 is not needed - it works on WinXP and Vista too.
But even a Windows 7 Jump-list may be good enough.
    What do you think?

My windows menu on a local account is registering infinite tab forward commands

    Command line/tab

    QUESTION/suggestion:
    * Why not remember the last active tab?
For example, if you are on tab 2 and close the program, then run it again, for the program to open tab 2 again. But if the -tab X command-line option is used, then the program goes to X tab, regardless of last active tab.

    Does that make sense?
