Windows 10: My Windows Motion Controller right isnt even turning on!

Hello, i bought an asus wmr headset and the right controller isnt working attached below is a picture of the controller. I hope you can help! The lights wont turn on either. Also the left controller works

I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the Lenovo motion controller in compatibility mode and check if it works.

Follow the below steps:

1. Right click on Lenovo motion controller setup file and select Properties.

2. Select Compatibility tab.

3. Check Run this program in Compatibility mode.

4. Let the Lenovo motion controller install and then check the functionality.

If the issue still persists then, I would recommend you to download and install the latest Lenovo motion controller in compatibility mode from the manufacturer and check if it works.

Unable to set pin for motion controller bluetooth pairing.

This issue might have caused by a misconfigured Bluetooth settings. For us to troubleshoot this issue, we suggest that you follow the steps given on this article:

Troubleshooting Windows Mixed Reality. In the Motion Controllers section, look for
Motion Controller Troubleshooting Flowchart sub-section. Follow the steps according to the flowchart given on the sub-section.

Unable to connect Right Windows Mixed Reality controller

We understand the issue that you are facing with the Mixed Reality controller. However, to get to the root cause of the issue, please reply with the following details:

• What is the error message you get when you try to connect the controller?
  
• What is the make and model of the controller and the computer?
  

You may try the following steps and check if that helps in resolving the issue:



Method 1: Removing and adding the controller

1. Go to Start > Settings > Devices.
   
2. If you see the controller, click on it and select
   Remove Device.
   
3. Now, turn on the controller, and click on
   Add Bluetooth or other device and check if the controller is detected.
   

Method 2: Uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers



You may try removing the controller driver and then try reinstalling them.

1. Press Windows key + X, and select
   Device Manager.
   
2. Expand Mixed Reality devices.
   
3. Right click on the device and select Uninstall device.
   
4. Restart the PC and try pairing the controllers again.
