Windows 10: My Windows PC doesn’t recognise my JBL Pro+ Earbuds as an audio device

I’ve tried turning on and off the bluetooth, disconnecting and reconnecting my device, troubleshooting and basically everything possible but it just doesn’t work. I know that it isn’t my device’s problem as it works perfectly fine with my phone. I don’t know how to make Windows 11’s bluetooth recognise it as an audio device so that I connect my JBL Pro+ Earbuds to my PC and use it. Also apparently it was able to identify it as an audio device ONCE and when I want to use it again it doesn’t detect it as an audio device anymore

Hi Yara,

I got the same trouble. I found the solution in the JBL site Bluetooth Pairing Guide. Remember to delete the jbl 300tws entry from the bluetooth devices list before you begin the procedure.

You must put the Jbl 300TWS back in its case and then follow the instructions from the JBL page.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
