Windows 10: My Windows PC keeps crashing and stating "too many logon attempts, please wait 30 seconds"....

My Windows PC keeps crashing and stating, "too many logon attempts, please wait 30 seconds". When I was already logged on for hours. What is the issue with this?

Computer keeps crashing

when its in the l last step of installing windows vista it crashes i think its a hardware issue because the is the second disk it has done it on ( i returned the other one) any help would be great system is in the system specs its windows vista ultimate also

There are many possible reasons why the computer will keeps on crashing. One of which is missing or corrupted system files. For us to further isolate the issue, we suggest answering the following questions:

• What exactly are you accessing/doing when the computer crashes?
• Were you still able to login to the computer after it happens?
• Can you send us a screenshot of the error messages or mini dump that you've received?

Origin caused my Windows 7 PC to get stuck at the "Welcome" screen for 30 seconds - fix inside

I noticed that my computer was booting really slow for some reason. It was getting stuck on the "Welcome" screen for pretty much exactly 30 seconds each boot - I measured this. This should not be happening since my computer is fast so I looked around what could be causing it. This is how I found out it was Origin:








To fix this issue just set the "Origin Web Helper Service" to "manual" start (it was set to "automatic"):




After this fix my computer went through the Welcome screen in about 1-2 seconds and my overall boot time was cut in half.

Thanks EA. I didn't even have Origin set to start up with Windows...
