Windows 10: my windows security is complete blank? tried many things did not work.

its all blank nothing tried windows 11 iso , restore thingbut didn't work. i tried to download a paid game for free and it had bad things so it did, what to do?

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

Windows Security is completely blank

When I open Windows Security, all I get is a near completely blank window. Sure it says windows security at the top, but the back arrow is greyed out and there isn't anything in the side bar. I am completely unsure of what could be causing the problem.

I followed your suggested steps but the same thing still happens when I complete the out of the box experience setup.

By the way, the only reason the device was even in the device list was because (as a troubleshooting step) I tried creating a local account and then connecting to my work account to verify that the windows install was working properly. So I'm not surprised I still got the same result
