Windows 10: My Windows Security is just a black screen

When I reset my computer to factory settings, I open my Windows Security and it says your IT administrator has limited access. Then I tried to reset my computer and it didn't work. I also searched for a way on Google but it didn't work. Now I open my Windows Security, it's just a black screen. Can anyone help me solve this problem? I also have third party applications like mcfee before when I reset my computer to factory settings, Windows Security can still be opened when there is a third party application.

I would suggest you try the power troubleshooter if you are able to boot into the system.

Follow the steps below.

• Press Windows key + W and type Troubleshooting.
• Select Troubleshooting and click on System and Security.
• Click on Power and follow the onscreen steps.

Sounds like the old... windows black screen of death.
