Windows 10: my windows security is showing blank,

before this, I turned off all protection so I could download a game but it didn't work and I deleted the game but when I opened the windows security turn on the protection it showed blank..in order for the game to run its instructions showed tto turn off all protection I already tried one of your suggestions but it doesnt seem to be working, i downloaded this file securityhealthsetup_e16941e14861a6d24750ecdf05c548189b33182a and an it as administrator but nothing changed.

WINDOWS SECURITY NOT SHOWING/ BLANK WHITE SCREEN.

Hello, I have been having problem with my Windows Security not showing up/ showing blank white screen. I have uninstalled any conflicting third party antivirus and even followed any tutorials online step by step but the problem persists. Got any solution for my problem? Any help or solution would be greatly appreciated.

Windows Security shows blank after reset

Windows security gave me a notification that said memory integrity could not be turned on. When I clicked on it, windows security said it couldn't load and only showed a blank screen. Windows Security still only shows a blank screen so I can't even open core isolation to turn memory integrity on. This is all happening after I reset the computer, wiped the drive, and installed windows 11 from the cloud. Any advice?
