Windows 10: My Windows-Security keeps closing instantly after i start it

So basically as soon as open the Windows Security it closes instantly again and it seems like it has been uninstalled from my pc as i cant even open it as as an admin in the search bar or anything else

Issue: Something's starting and instantly closing regularly in taskbar

A couple of days ago i started having a weird and annoying issue. I've done malware-scans with Windows Defender and Malwarebytes, so i'm sure it's not something evil. Besides, i'm always very careful and have a very hygienic system.

The issue happens every couple of minutes on Win10 Pro: Something opens automatically and instantly closes, so i can't see what it is. Just seeing the flicker of the taskbar and it's gone when i look up (i have the taskbar on the top).

Very annoying: My screensaver doesn't start anymore, because it gets reset by this mysterious issue. And when i'm watching a movie in fullscreen, no matter if YT or VLC player, the taskbar always flashes into fullscreen and startles me.

I have not installed anything new the past days. Maybe it's a new Win10 bug? Please help me with some suggestions how to narrow down the culprit.

 

Windows keeps turning off the security center.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

• Press Windows key + R and type Services.msc then hit enter.
• Services Console will appear.
• Find Security Center Service on the right details pane > right click it choose properties >
• Security Center Properties should appear > on the General Tab

set start-up type to automatic (Delayed start)

• On service Status Stop and then Start.

If this does not works & error still continues then there are more chances that your system is infected

Window keeps closing, then reopening

As you have mentioned on the description previously system was working good,
I suggest you to restore the system to the previous point where PC was working normally. To do so kindly follow the below given steps:

• 
  Press Windows + I key and click on Update and security.
  
• 
  Click on Recovery, and click on
  Restart under Advance startup.
  
• 
  In the Windows Recovery Environment, on the Choose an option screen, click
  'Troubleshoot'.
  
• 
  Click, Advanced Options and then click on
  System Restore.
  
• 
  Follow the onscreen suggestion to restore your PC to earlier point.
