Windows 10: My windows security keeps turning off or TPM is off and exploit protect turns off and...

hello I hope someone knows how to fix the LSA protection is completely gone.I found other computers saying their LSA was just turned off even though it said it was turn on. And On my windows 11 home and has 22H2 updated I figured out where LSA should be at its completely gone from core isolation section. it used be there and it was turned on.AND in windows updates my PC did get this KB5007651 update 2 times in May and this KB wasto fix why the LSA feature was not turned on and said that fixed LSA why it off. which leads to all of windows security to go off or like I said the TPM TURNS OFF

Windows 10 notification keeps reporting Turn on Virus Protection

Windows 10 notification keeps reporting "Turn on Virus Protection. Virus protection is turned off. Under Settings/Update & Security/ Windows Defender all the options show "On", including Real Time Protection. However the settings are greyed out and I cannot
try turn off and then back on. Any suggestions as to how to fix defender?
