Windows 10: My windows settings is all blank except for title

Whenever I opened up the windows settings and go to every category settings all options of it are all blank, It began to happen 3 months ago, after antimalware service executable took up 80% of memory and I decided to restart my pc. I tried lots of method like restarting, sfc, DISM, and other methods but it didn't work. Most of the problem solvers are on the setting which I can't access because it's all blank and uninteractable. My Windows settings is just a title and category and the rest are all gone, not even buttons are there.This impeded my work by a lot because of sometimes I need to go

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

Screen goes blank after changing BIOS settings/

I don't know how long this has been happening, a few weeks at least, but whenever I change a setting in my BIOS (and save & exit), my screen goes blank and my monitor goes into standby. Any suggestions to fix this?
