Windows 10: My windows store is opening then closing as soon as i click into it and i dont know how to...

My Windows store just randomly decided to close whenever i try going into it, ive tried looking for it in system componets but it doesnt show up at all, i found a question kinda in the same vain as this one and it said to run the code get-appxpackage *WindowsStore* remove-appxpackageon powershell but when i tried to it came back with thisget-appxpackage : the text associated with this error code could not be found. Windows 10 Store opens for no reason by it's self.

To resolve the issue with your Windows Store, we suggest that you reset it by following the steps listed:

• Press Windows Key + R to open Run.
• Type wsreset.exe, and click OK.

It will show a command prompt window which is blank, but it is clearing the cache. Just wait for the Store to close and open automatically.

my laptop is running on windows 10. the store app doesn't open, but it says it has error code 0x80072EFD. even the xbox dont open, please suggest.!

 

Windows Store crashes as soon as it starts

I suggest you to do a Windows Store reset by following the steps below.

• Press “Windows key + R”, type “wsreset.exe” (without quotes) and press Enter.
• This will reset the Windows Store.

After the Windows Store is reset, Computer will automatically open Windows Store. Check if the issue still persists.
