Windows 10: my windows store won't download

When I wiped my computer to clear up space, I ended up losing Microsoft store and I have no idea how to get it back. I've tried going to the Services Menu, and using the download script, but nothing works. I've even tried completely factory resetting the computer but that wouldn't even go through. What do I do?

when I download a game from the Microsoft store it won`t play

the splash screen appears then goes

I have a core i5 with an nvidivia graphics card I tb hdd and 8 gb ram

I have tried the diagnostic for microsoft store and it say cache may need fixing.

 

update Ovi Store install stil won`t work

I suggest you to reset Windows Store Cache and check if it helps.
