Windows 10: my Windows Taskbar is Darker than it should be

hello, as stated in the title my windows task bar is pitch black instead of the usual dark grey it is supposed to bethis is especially visible when i right click on the Google app on the task bar as half of it is being displayed in the older correct colouranother weird visual effect that has appeared alongside this is that whenever i boot up my computer, during the windows bootup screen "welcome username" i see it visually darken, i can't record it to show you, but the only way to describe it is as if someone is pushing on the brightness button on a screen to lower it, and it rapidly lowers

Is there a way to make the color of the taskbar darker (or, maybe make the start menu, taskbar, and the action center darker) or change the color of the taskbar alone without
using any software?

I don't want to use dark windows mode anymore. The light windows mode is just too white for me.

Any registry hacks?

Unfortunately, there is no option yet or feature to change the color of the taskbar separately. What I can suggest is for you to change the color of your Desktop theme to dark. This way, this can change your taskbar to a darker color.

To do that, Go to Start and key-in 'Settings' > Personalization > Colors > Choose your color to Dark
