    My Windows Terminal starts with C:\Users\32470. Why? I need it to be C:\.... It can't read a file I put directly after C:\ after asked.

    Tried Nod32.. no help. Will try kaspersky. Will try Norton Corporate Edition Anti-Virus. thanks for suggestion.

    i know its not easy to become good programmer in C++
    i suggest you to set your mind that actually you want to learn C++.
    Once you start it seems boring in beginning but its very interesting.
    Basic logic you can develop from this language..
    for more help on C++ find material on net ..

    C windows installer folder - Delete?

    He can do symbolic link redirection and move the files in it to a different location. *Wink My Windows Terminal starts with C:\Users470. Why? I need it to be C:\.... ;)
    Better try it out in a virtual of first. Just a suggestion.

    Like:
    First move everything in c:\windows\installer to d:\installercache
    Then delete c:\windows\installer folder
    Then type this in command mode as admin
    mklink /d c:\windows\installer d:\installercache

    Removing those installer files is a bad idea. it might prevent you from updating or uninstalling apps.
