    My Windows user folder takes up 70 GB when there are only 40 MB of files inside.


    From what I've found, it's an issue with the user that is taking up all that space for no apparent reason, and I need to create a new one and transfer my files. However, I don't know if I can use the same email or how to do all this. What can I do? There is no information from Microsoft more recent than 2020.
