    I received windows with my computer when i bought it. You then upgraded my windows to windows 10. Then I was told My subscription had run out and I had to pay a subscription to get it back. I cannot get into my window, which you loaded onto my machine. I was never issued with a product key. I have tried down loading but was asked for payment on an upgrade. I would like windows 10 back on my computer.Thank you
