Windows 10: My windows will not boot up stuck on loading blue wheel

Hello! My computer Corsair Vengance will not boot up and I've tried to put it in safe mode, and it works but when I follow the instruction of going into safe mode with networking by computer says that it cannot do this because someone could easily install malware or something like that. Please help me I've tried to fix this and look at the forums but nothing seems to work like unplugging the USBs. I honestly do not know if I'm running windows 10 or 11. I would really appreciate help.

Weird occurrence - desktop won't load, spinning wheel etc

EDIT : I did what you said and tried without G (second time, didn't take screen shots), same error. I did notice that NTFS Primary 3 (NONE) doesn't have a drive letter associated with it?

Help with windows stuck on blue loading bar

Hi guys have a problem with my windows xp, tried to start it up this morning and it loads up to windows xp loading screen.

The little blue bar goes left and right then just gets stuck, so far thats all i get im pretty much a newb as far as things go, i can reinstall windows but i have photo's on c drive from my holiday.

So the wife and kids will be most upset at me if i dont get things going again, so hopefully you guys can halp me sorry if this is in the wrong area.
