Windows 10: my wired headset will not work since i downloaded windows 11

I saw someone with the same issue and it said if it still doesnt work after trying all the steps it had listed which where:-Go to Settings-Click System-Click Troubleshooter then Additional troubleshooter.-Look for Playing Audio and run the troubleshooter.-Go to Device Manager-Expand the Sound and Video Game Controllers-Look for Audio driver that was installed-Right click and Update-Look for "Browse my computer for driver-Let me pick drivers available drivers-Choose an old driver and use it.Connect the headphone and proceed with these steps.-Go to Control Panel-In Control Panel, select Large ic

wired headsets for 6350

Spec says the 6350 uses a 2.5mm uhj audio connector. On the nokia website, no wired headsets are listed as compatible. Is that a mistake on the website, or the available 2.5 mm wired headsets really not compatible? I've got a generic 2.5mm headset (for
my home phone) and it seems to work fine (except that there is no answer button).



What do I have to know when shopping for a wired headset that works with this phone? Would like one that has two ear buds, and answer button and maybe volume control.
