Windows 10: My "wireless dualshock controller" Not showing under devices, and device manager

It lights orange when i plug my usb cable in, I have downloaded DS4, but my controller is not showing so i cant fix. Ive tried multiple usb ports, ive tried 2 different USB cables. I have tried troubleshooting devices, I have tried to plug it into other pc's, and no i do not have bluetooth on my pc. Pls help.

wireless adapter not showing in device manager

To help you find the name and model of the wireless adapter

Click the Start button
In the search box type control panel
Click on the Control Panel that comes up
Click on Device Manager
There should be an Unknown Device in there. Right click on it and click on Properties
Click on the Details tab near the top
In the Property section, there is a down arrow to the right.
Click on the down arrow and click on Hardware Ids
In the Value section you will get two or three items that will come up.
Highlight the first item in the list and right click. Click on Copy
Open up your browser and go to Google. Right click in the search bar and click on Paste. Click on search.

Now you should be able to find the name and model on your wireless adapter. If you are still having trouble finding it,
go back to the second item in the Value list and do the same thing.

 

device manager not showing correct cpu

this one has me confused, .When i look in device manage under processors it is still showing my old q8200 cpu and ive upgraded to the q9650. why would it not show this in device manager? , The bios shows it, cpuiz shows the q9650, the vista basic information shows it but not under device manager/ should I be concerned about this ? any ideas would be great thanx Dragon

 

No hardware listed in Device manager?

I don't konw whathappend but in Device manager and in my Network connections there is nothing where there used to be a Modem listed and all my hardware in Device Manager. What happend and how do I fix this?
