Windows 10: My wireless earbuds connect but not as an audio output

    My wireless earbuds connect but not as an audio output


    My earbuds connect but windows doesn't recognice that its a audio output, i tried on my brothers pc wich is almost the same and it connected instantly.Iv'e tried running trubleshoot but the device doesn't show upp, i've tried reconecting it multiple times, iv'e tried connecting it via usb and iv'e tried updating the drivers but the drivers were upp to date.

    Paring wireless earbuds

    When I try to pair True Wireless Earbuds T16 to my laptop it just lists "unknown device". It shows it is connecting but then it says connection failed

    Can't Connect to Both Earbuds

    I bought some bluetooth earbuds (MPOW M30) and when I try connecting to Windows 10, only one earbud receives output.

    The earbuds either default to one earbud mode, cut in and out from one to the other, or continuously try to reconnect since only one recieves output but both are able to input.

    They both seemlessly work on my phone.

    I've tried every troubleshooting method I could find short of reinstalling Windows. Could this be my bluetooth adapter is limited to one connection at a time? Or that Windows does not allow audio output to two devices of the same name?
