Windows 10: MY WIRELESS INTERNET AND MY UPDATE COMPONENTS ARE NOT WORKING HOW TO FIX IT?

I have been getting an update issues since past 3 months. Whenever i go to update it pops your device is missing security and quality files. Recently my network isn't being found by the wireless network either and incase my network comes in networks available when i press to connecy it , The network gets removed from the network available list. I have tried resetting my laptop and even running trouble shooters but nothing is giving any results so kindly please help...

Wireless connection available but says "No internet, secured"

What if there's no - Wireless lan listed? Everything else is there and I tried your steps but it didn't work. Still have WiFi no internet, secured message.

Aside from updating and reinstalling the driver of the network adapters, what other troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

As a first troubleshooting step, we suggest that you run the Network troubleshooter. The Network troubleshooter may help diagnose and fix common connection problems. To run the Network troubleshooter:

• In the search box on the taskbar, type Network troubleshooter, and select
  Identify and repair network problems from the list of results.
• Follow the steps in the troubleshooter and see if that fixes the problem.

Programs not working

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.
