I had to reset to manufactured status on my laptop and now I can’t connect the mouse. The batteries have been replaced. Is there another solution?

Hi,

time ago I bought a wireless desktop bundle with the wireless keyboard 3050 and a wireless mouse 5000.

The two devices connect through one single bluetooth adapter.

I need to replace the mouse (only) and was wondering whether there is a compatible list of wireless mouses in order to use the same bluethooth stick.

Is that even possible?

Why isn't my m325 wireless mouse connected to pc?

Hello. My Logitech m325 wireless mouse doesn't connect to the pc. I have downloaded the unifying software to connect it. The software detects the Logitech usb. However, when I get to the step where I restart the mouse to connect, it doesn't connect and doesn't detect it. I have restarted the pc and I have restarted the mouse correctly. The mouse battery is okay as well. Please help.
