My wireless printer was working. And now it says, "attention required". It prints a test page with no problem. There is nothing in the que to print. Not sure what to do to correct this.

Printer- attention required

Hello, I am having an issue where when i print a test page, a notification pops up that says attention required. I click it and it opens the print queue. I have tried restarting the spooler service, and the message doesnt go away. I have tried restarting the computer and the printer, and i have removed the printer device from the list in devices and printers and adding it back. The message is still there. I have tried using the troubleshooter, but that only works for regular pages, not for test pages and only once per document. I would like to get rid of this message so my mom can print in peace. Any advice?

 

Wireless printer(HP LJ P1102W) does not work with Windows 10. Error: 'attention required'

I bought a new wireless printer which I simply cant print to.

Its printed (adhoc) in the past from my iPhone but not my computer.

Now it wont even print from my phone.

I need to resolve the issue of it not printing from the PC becuase this is simply ridiculous.

When I open the printer window it says 'attention required' but the trouble shooter doesnt come up with anything.

I cant print a test page ('attention required'). I've tried reinstalling it, and being nice to it but it still wont work.

Please help
