Windows 10: My Xbox 360 Controller can no longer connect after the 2004 update for Windows 10.

My controller was working just fine until I installed the latest update, but now it can't connect. The latest driver on my PC for Xbox 360 Peripheral is 10.0.19041.1 [12/6/2019]. Is there a new driver that just isn't getting downloaded, or is this update just telling us to stop using a 360 controller?
