Windows 10: My xbox app is stuck on the loading screen with the xbox symbol. Does anyone know a fix?

The xbox app won't go off the first loading screen with the xbox symbol, so I can not access any games. It is only the xbox app having loading problems. I have restarted, reset, uninstalled and reinstalled already and it still is not loading. When i try and look up games on microsoft store to launch them that way, it nothing happens and it infinetly loads and microsoft store won't respond to inputs. Thinking it may be some network issue where the computer isn't allowing the apps to connect to the internet, but I'm not sure.
